Midge looks very much like an overgrown beagle, with a few Labrador qualities thrown in. She is unusually small by Folami standards, however, only about the size of a coyote. In addition to this, she is rounded around the midsection, holding more fat than muscle. Her ears lay flat against her head, in the beagle fashion, thus causing her to have poorer hearing than many of her comrades. She lacks any significant scars.

History:
Midge was one of a small group of Folami stolen soon after creation. He and his family were thrust into the care of radical animal rights activists. The humans were spontaneous in their decision to steal the small family, and thus were not prepared for the responsibility of Folami. They thought they could retrain the Folami to get along with their household cats, to be house-dogs. They thought that if allowed, Folami could and would resort to beings of a kinder nature, like most animals. It was with this belief that the humans set out to infiltrate 2 month old Midge, his siblings, and his parents into a normal household, hoping that should they succeed, the government would create rights and laws protecting Folami like any other animal. But they failed. Even at two months, Midge's siblings and parents managed to kill seven of their cats, having been created to be nothing more than cat killing machines.
After a months of watching their cats torn to shreds and devoured by the Folami, the humans raised up their hands in defeat. Against their better judgement, they sent the family to the pound, not realizing Midge had not harmed a single feline, but actually grew fond and protective of them. Midge's parents were quickly dismissed as unadoptables and thus humanely euthanized. She and her siblings were separated and adopted to "homes without cats" by the time Midge was 5 months old. She lived well in this situation for several months, enjoying his human's affection, having had adoration for the humans bred into her. But at eleven months of age, Midge's home was discovered by the Folami organization. Her humans were informed of her purpose, and her supposed past of how she came to be in the pound, and then she was seized and thrown into the woods, expecting her to join the Folami pack like her brother had eagerly done. But Midge was more family-oriented than her brother. The humans had murdered her parents and her two sisters. She would never forgive them, and she would never harm a feline. She wandered alone for a month, befriending cats and avoiding the scents of Folami. Then, at around a year, she caught word that a new pack had been forged. She would be allowed a family, and not forced to kill felines. But best of all, this new pack had cut its ties to the humans--she would not have to worship murderers. Without much additional thought, Midge ran for Vea Apxn and begged for acceptance, despite knowing that some day she may meet her brother in battle. She never liked that overgrown flea, anyway.
