Personality:
Having a mentally challenged mother and an abusive/neglective father can leave any child starved of affection, and yet wary of it. The boy loves his mother and his sister but he finds it difficult to show such affection towards them. He can be harsh towards his sibling because he doesn't want to seemed weak. He feels responsible for her since their mother is incapable and their father is indifferent.
The boy tends to keep to himself on most occasions, often wandering off the territory, not in search of adventure, but in search of some stability. If he is to find a healthy family willing to adopt him, he will go and drag his sister with him to join a new family. The boy is willing to do what he must to protect him and his sibling, even at the forfeit of another's life. Having two unabled parents can really bond a big brother to his little sis.
History: Daiade Jr. was born to Ezhno and Abeni in Akando pride. Early on in life his 'uncle' that he bears the name of stumbled into his world. Daiade Jr. fell in love with the broken, yet noble man. For once he had an adult he could rely on and look up to. He knew the brute was dying, but he was able to be a cub for a short while. When Daiade passed on, however, and Daiade Jr.'s mother ran off, abandoning her two young cubs, Daiade Jr. began actively searching for a new home right away. He and his sister had to find some place to live--Ackecheta would let them live, he was a good man, but Daiade Jr. longed to find another situation where he could be a child. He had tasted childhood and he had liked it.
Though, after day in and day out of empty searches, Daiade Jr. is thinking his mother had had the right idea to just run away from it all. At half a year old, he already knows all that he needs to to survive on his own. Yes, on his own. He would never take his sister with him should he run away. She needs a family, she still loves the interaction. She'd be better off in a pride without him, than out in the forest with only him.[/size]
