Skoll is growing anxious. He has decided to summon forth four folami, though he has not conversed with dio about it. If your folami is on the list please PLEASE reply- or skoll will be sad D: The four folami are as follows Logan ,Evangeline ,Daiade ,and Solu
Mist crept up his frame, his huge frame. The man shook it off in anger. His anxious steps muffled by the slick white the bleached animal turned again. Long canine snout curling with anger and worry the sun lashed back around. Teeth bared towards the never ending expanse of Dio's domain the white folami flung his head back and howled. The sound shattered every bit of silence in the world. In the living plane thunder would crash across a starry sky and animals would tremble in their sleep and dream of it. But the ones he summoned would not. They wouldn't, because their names slammed through the octaves of his call. Their names echoed and drug at the inside of his skull,as they would in their own. Come to me! Come to me children! Skoll's head snapped farther back, his spiked ears pressing tightly against his skull, brushing the thick fur along his neck.
Jaws aching with the vibrations of the sound the white monster howled harder. He was use to pain, use to surviving through it. He was a sufferer, and he could take a little bit of reverberation. Come to me my friends. The ones who know they are not what they are. The ones with souls I know I can cherish, that I cherish now. Dropping the sound, his head hung in the air, jaws parted slightly the man hung silent neck aching for a long still moment before it dropped back to its angled position at his shoulders. And now he waited, a thing he had never been able to do. Pain was easy, waiting was not. Waiting tried his sanity- and that was simply something he didn't want to do right now. Heat tore at his muzzle, the flames licking at his insides demanding him to howl just a bit longer. They wanted to rise, they wanted to make the sky bright. Grinding his teeth together the soldier did nothing to stop the flames licking out from between his fangs.
Ginger fingers curled and rippled up and around his muzzle, glowing with their heated light as they flickered around hey could not leave his body just yet, not until he had finished his job. Not until he had given his all to Dio, then he could become the sun herder. Then he would chase the loving sun from the place of its hiding. He glared harshly down at his large paws for a moment before drawing in one sharp breath that extinguished the flames instantly. Turning his thick apex towards the south he peered darkly into his realm. The mist was growing thicker. Dreamers where entering. The cloying fingers wrapped around him, turning the world white, hiding his huge body amongst it. But it did nothing to hide his eyes. Burning blue rocks that hung at the height of a tiger's skull.
Come to me my friends, come to me and help me. Because the gods can not do this alone.

And so we join together, forever one among the stars.
We were called, though not specifically so. A howl, distant yet somehow close, was risen to the moon. No, wait, it dropped from the moon. The moon was calling us? Looking to Evangeline, I knew I wasn't crazy. She had heard it--felt it-- too. "Weird." I tried to laugh it, but her solemn eyes were of no joking matter. It was late, we were breaking the rules on so many levels. Camp was where even I was supposed to reside at this hour. Evangeline was never allowed to leave without warrior guidance, so us sneaking out together in the night, the only time where we could be together as even friends, left the two of us uneasy. That silent yet defeaning howl was someone in our pack.
And then the world slowly faded, all except Evangeline, who became clearer and brighter by the second. The process was quick, the faded world turning misty and beautiful. A sense of security overcame me, and I saw Evangeline's eyes widen nervously, only to narrow in serenity seconds later. "Weird..." she agreed in a dream-like tone.
Didn't take long for my aqua eyes to discover a white male of my kind in the distance. Though I gave an out of place growl and placed myself defensivly between it and the fae, my emotions did not become uneasy. I couldn't be afraid in this kind and thoughtful world.

Sleep deprived and anxious he had slumped into his bed, breath caressing the child he held so close. He could smell her, feel her warmth beating along with her heat. She in truth was no longer a child, but he couldn't see her any other way. She was simply bigger. He sunk slowly into the abyss of sleep, only to be rudely awakened as he hovered at the edge of the void. It rubbed against his brain like sand, grinding and warm in the same instant. Sneezing for some reason the black animal stiffened and slackened. The noise pulled him forward, drew him to his large trembling limbs. Daiade let his head hang, he felt so weak nowadays. So very weak. Tongue hanging from his parted jaws, the blind man turned his long snout towards the sleeping lion.
How had that howling not woken her? Why was the sky thundering, had he angered it? It wouldn't seem to far off base. Grimacing in fear the hunter turned his silver eyes to the horizon and limped forward. Where was the thing pulling him forward? Sudden coldness met his paws as he shuffled, and with a snort the massive animal wrenched back with one foot- almost loosing his balance. Sniffing furiously, Daiade stepped along a new trail. Young ones. Prisoners to the regime. Snout low he stumbled on, crumpling his muzzle when he felt the mist reach across his face. It surrounded him, he realized. The shapeless forms of hands brushing him, petting him, caressing him. His black sleek head rose carefully. No reproach came. And a new scent trailed into his nostrils.
It smelled of ice and fire and fierce love. Daiade stood stiffly, staring at the one he could feel staring at him- no. At the three of them. He stood along side the children, young hunters, now. His tail bushing up in worry. Where were they? It seemed a good enough question to ask, but the voice boomed out before he could ask it.
One by one like ants they came forward, wide eyes trying to make sense of the place the resided in now. His jaws drawing side ways, Skoll peered at the three out of one crystal blue eye. To the pack this tiny rouge group would be a set of rats to be exterminated. To him they where the shoulders to help carry his burden. But then one was missing. Where was the female? The black and white woman whom was the rouge pack member. Not loner but not member either. He did not see the opening of the weaker male's jaws he only spoke- offering no apology after he realized his error. "There is one missing." His voice came out sharp and gruff, ground down and hardened by the salt of waters long ago washed from his jaws.
Turning his head to stare over his comrades the massive white animal stepped closer to the three, eyes darting across their faces with a mixture of reverence and vicious pride. "There is one more, but so help me Im glad you lot came" Skoll was not one to often remember his new place, what he had become. He only remembered that this group (and the one to show soon he prayed) would be the source of his heart for a long long time. His lips pulled into a warm smile. But again he had forgotten and those whimpering fingers of flame whispered out of his mouth, curling around his muzzle before he snapped his teeth across their spines and they puffed out of existence. "Annoying little buggers, -erch. Sorry" He glanced over them again, wondering if they thought him insane yet. It would be quite the valid question.
Licking the slight gray from his otherwise snow hued snout the man lifted his huge head to stare over them again, searching for the last 'monster'. His last comrade in arms. He was tempted to howl again, ears flickering he glanced back at his summoned friends with a hint of impatience. Siting down without a sound, he shook himself once hard enough to rattle his ears. The mist clinging to him pulled away, curling away from their small meeting place to hover in awkward ringlets where he dared to position them. Letting his tail wag once in welcome, the monster tilted his head back to glance up at the endless indigo above them. He was sure even the spirit dome ended somewhere, far far above their heads. But he was allowing himself to be distracted, not a good trait in him at all.
His ears twisted forwards, azure eyes glowing in the white expanse of his face. "Logan... Evangeline... Daiade... and.. ah where is that girl?" His eyes narrowed slightly before widening back out. Hopefully she had heard his howl, maybe he should commit to making the noise again, though he was unsure if the mortal's ears could take the racket up here in the real orchestra room. But wait, where were his manors? Probably off with his bones strewn somewhere or another. "I am number 27--" hew paused, mouth still open. Wrong. Incorrect. What had that baboon-Dio- called him? Something about his true name..? "There it is!" he muttered, eyes flickering amongst the folami at his front. "I am Skoll" he repaired, his smile twitching on his face.

Running. Trees flying past. The howl behind her. She couldn't stop. She couldn't go towards the call that beckoned her so. Not with that horror behind her. Her breath got caught in her throat. When she tried to inhale, her lungs seemed to collapse upon her. She stopped for a moment and as she tried to breath, the dark form descended to her prey. Knocking Solu to the ground, Carska's eyes were red with blood lust for the traitor. And she leaned down to rip out the silver wolf's life. Right as the contact came, the dream shifted.
She was in a mist, where the light flooded the air. She was convinced she was dead. Maybe that if you die in a dream then you die in real life was in fact true. She heard the voices of others and one so familiar she felt as if it had been beside her the entire time. She was drawn to them. As she walked through the beautiful place, she could start to see the figures. She recognized them. They were members of the pack. And then one other. As she entered to circle she heard the one she knew but didn't say, "I am Skoll.". It suddenly made sense at the same time it didn't. He was always with her. She had known him though even she didn't really know it. But why was she here? Why would Skoll, one she had questioned the existence of until now, call her to him?
She stood at the edge, not wanting to intrude, but bowed her head as soon as she could think clearly enough.Word Count: 271 OOC: I know that you are probably all really mad at me for not posting earlier. I'm sorry. Alot has happed lately and school is as hard and engaging as ever and it's hard to think sometimes because of lack of sleep. XD Anyway, there really is no excuse so I will try to get at least one thing down here a day. That is my goal. I love you all and happy writing.

Evangeline The scent was strong, upon us. Skoll had mentioned that expectance of another. Was this new smell the tardy one? My stern gaze carried to the female that stood on the outter rim. She was Folami, and if these were truly Skoll's lands, it had to be Solu. No one could enter without His or Dio's permission.
It occured to me then that Dio had not said the dogs name, but I had known. I was young and ignorant when I'd left the Folami pack, so I had no way of knowing this dog. And yet I did know her. This world was unlike any other that I knew. We were family, and it was a place I could finally be accepted by my own kind.
The thought brought a short lived guilt. I still wanted Folami acceptance; Akila and Abeni had never been enough. And now Akila was dead. Was I wrong to want some fellow Folami, besides Logan? Did that make me like the rest of them? I couldn't bring myself to directly think so. Skoll wouldn't have called me if such a thing was so. He knew all my past, present, and future thoughts. I could not pull the wool over my master's eyes.
Returning my pale expression to Skoll, I sat in silent awe. This was the dog I had never heard of, but always known. Dio was not my leader--I was lead by one of my own.
Somewhere in the deepest crevice of my mind, I was relieved.
Logan My sad eyes came to smile as Solu made her appearance. I knew this fae; she was one to admire. Forgetting my position, I scurried over to the woman and gave a respectful dip as I stood small in front of her. "Solu, it pleases me to be seeing you again." It was almost a sin to lay an eye on this dog when standing among those of my pack. But here--here I could rejoice in her very existance.
I was sure she knew the white dog, by instinct if nothing else. None the less, I thrashed a gentle tail towards the Heavenly Father. "Skoll has summoned us." As if I was reminding myself, I made a quick retreat to place myself beside Evangeline once more. We were all present, so now Skoll could begin His wisdom.
Oh how I suddenly felt so grown up.

Come out of the darkness and find out who you are
Daiade's blind eyes flared in shock. What! What was going on?! Panic tore at him. So many folami, though he saw the prisoner Abeni's friend. He carved a path through the still hovering mist to stnad beside her. "Yo-you're Abeni's guardian right" he gasped, turning blind silver eyes on Evangeline. Grunting when he suddenly felt heat that shouldn't exist here, he shrank back for a second distrust obvious. Oh he knew where he was, but Dio and Skoll had done nothing for him or his friends in their times, why should he give them his soul so easily? Turning his blind gaze back on the yearling he sucked in air in a thoughtful way. "She says hi?" he offered weakly, wondering over the lioness' mumblings.
He turned his silver eyes on his oddly spoken God. He couldn't help himself, he took a small step forward raised his snout and demanded in his low now rather weak voice. "What do you want with us?" It was rude he knew, but it didn't matter. He stared at the presence of fire he could feel before him, determined to get an answer. Though his legs started to quake when a low chuckle slid forth from Skoll's maw. Was the folami going to turn him into some sort of snake? Daiade shrunk back slightly, not fully trusting the folami, but wanting so very badly to. His heart shuddered as it reached for the warmth. He wanted it so badly. Wanted to think someone cared about his sanity, or the sanity of his loved ones.
But if Skoll cared for any of them why had he done this in the dead of night instead of strolling straight up to them during the day. Maybe the huge beast wasn't as strong as he seemed.
Reach for the light you might touch the sky
He watched the black and white woman at the edge of the band, and with a sharp huff strode directly at her. Shoving his muzzle at her, he made an attempt to sheep heard her into a spot with the others. "Really, no need to act all off on the edge like that" he puffed, turning away without seeing the reaction of Sulu tor return to his post in front of the semi circle of Folami. Smiling warmly at them all, he gave Logan a little nod of approval at the warm welcome. "Kindness 'aint as hard as some of your fellows would like to make it" he sighed, turning his gaze to the unnerved blind man for a moment, thinking of Abeni. Skoll flared out his cheek's puffing out a little smoke ring.
He was, to say unsurprised by Daiade's sudden confidence. He was warmed by it really, some would never speak so openly to him. But the silver eyed folami's confidence faltered almost immediately as he thought it over. Skoll couldn't help but chuckle, which seemed to worry his little friend even more. Shrugging his giant shoulders, the white pelted spirit turned a kind, al a bit determined stare on his fellows. "Im not all powerful." he said loudly, flicking his bushy tail out behind him. "I can not alter the living world as so many may think" He lifted his shoulders up apologeticly once again. "Im just the sun, and I don't have the stars like the moon" he thought for a moment. Hati. Where ever would the moon be if that damn spirit remained lost? Ah well as we get to it. Grimacing slightly, Skoll shot right to the point, like an arrow. It was his way.
"I need your help-" he shook his head. "We" Skoll stepped forward, peering down at the four. "need your help" Of course by we he meant their entire race. Now that wouldn't be too hard would it? He turned away again, stalking slowly away before doubling back. He began to pace, slowly, mist gripping at his legs as if they where trying to make him stop. He flashed one last hot glare at the ground before turning back round permanently towards his comrades. Where Dio was kind, he was passionate. Where Dio was wise he was clever. And where Dio was God he was Gabriel, ready for war with a bow strung in his hand. Turning his nose down to stare at the small group with as much pride as a father watching his cubs, Skoll gave them a strong nod.
"And I couldn't think of a better cluster of minds and muscles"

The similar scent of Carska invaded my glands. A silent rage planted itself, wondering why that damn canine would be permitted to the heavens. But logic tackled over the assumption, proving to me it wasn't Carska. It was her brother--the blind one that lay beside Abeni each night. Abeni, my dear friend with innocence her age usually loses. Abeni, the one with the absence of common sense. No, friend, I am not Abeni's guardian. You are. My head dipped respectfully, even though he would not see. This dog held success in the area I had failed. Abeni, the one I had lost.
"If she'll hear of it, let her know I miss her." I paused as Skoll called Solu closer, and then waited for Daiade to give a forceful demand. My paws planted beside the blind male, I decided to share a secret with him, hoping it would make it to my dear lioness. "Each day I am one step closer to breaking me and her from the wretched world of your--" I hesitated, knowing he was not to blame in the least. The Folami, if his kind, were surely my own. He was the one who gave it all up for Abeni, and what I wanted was my family to accept me. "--our kind." That completed, I dared a look to Logan, who had approached. He knew I worked for freedom. He also knew that I was aware he wouldn't leave with me. His devotion to his father was far too great to ask that of him. I'm sorry.
I'd chose Abeni over him because, I knew if I didn't, my concious would never forgive me. It was selfish reasoning, but my explanation none the less. It took much of my effort not to dwell on the words Evangeline spoke to the blind man. She'd leave me for her lioness friend. I understood, of course, but it didn't make it hurt less. Or make me not dread the day.
When Skoll began speaking to us, I found myself sorely relieved. My mind could be set elsewhere, on the reason for the Almighty's calling. He said He wasn't all powerful, but he was in my lesser eyes. "You had faith strong enough to cause Dio to call upon you, Father. You are all powerful in the eyes of us weak in faith." Where did that come from? How did I know?
This place gives me wisdom I would never know for any other reason.

ooc:// its so weird writing in 3rd person again xD
Gabriell's horn had tipped back its snout and let loose its call. His eyes turned to them, watching them with pride in their deep indigo blues. "Y'all are too smart for me to have to tell you why your here." The words were almost rushed off his tongue, and his mouth closed around the vowels sharply, giving them an odd accent. "Our breed is in danger of killing itself" Smoke billowed from his throat, curling its caressing fingers along his muzzle.
"The humans are not our masters any longer. They have lost their hold to the force of life. Even out breed has found a way into the rank and file of true animals." Skoll's head came up, teeth bared in his passion. "We are not humans, nay we are not murder apes." He calmed slowly, turning his head as he lulled into a moment of thought. "You dont have to help me, darlings. But I do hope you try, and I'm not above spite." He winked, one round blue orb. "Things are too important to just give in."
Sighing out a great lungful of air and smog the man sat abruptly and with force. "Spread the word, that's what I ask. Like my own words echo in this empty boring place." He lifted a paw to wave before him, drawing a cloud of mist after it. He always felt odd sat upon a pedestal before other dogs. He didn't belong here, he had always just been a normal man. And now... It was all very imposing. "Our species need to understand that though we may love our masters in a certain light we can not call them gods and let them torture us."
The humans planned to take their Alpha, he could see that. He was not allowed to stop it, and that had his teeth set into a grind. "I ask you to tell them that I can not watch them hurt like they do. But I am just a weak God, I can not reach those who will not speak to me." The man, feeling powerless even in his immortal throne room shook his head. He was just a weak little man who had the power to see everything and do nothing. He was actionless and in that state utterly useless.

OOC//: Omph, this is gonna be rough. I have to try and set my thoughts back to the time that Evangeline still wished to escape with Abeni because Carska was still a bum and Bidziil was still around to taunt....-palmface-
Evangeline
I stared at the man, my eyes mystified in his presence. Though he claimed to be nothing more than us, I could feel the immortal miraculousness of his being. I wanted to touch him, steal some of his strength. Life had grown burdensome in recent moons, and I have had no faith for even the God I knew. The cats had taught me of Dio, and I found myself all too often worshipping the baboon. But now those times grew far and few. How could I tack on another name to the prayers? Or should I only be uttering the Father Dog's name? I could not, would not. I admired and respected this white furred canine, but Dio had been the term that had saved me and saved the lives of the friends I have now lost to both death and feuds. Dio was the only one to hold peace onto my lips.
"Dear Father," I could respect this man, honor him on his own turf and when his believers were present, he would simply not be my primary saviour, "I can promise you that I will spread your good word, though I am sorrowful to admit that it will not be you who gets the credit for my redemption. Your Brother, Dio, it is He who rescued my lost soul. I am a warrior of His, despite my foriegn breed. I do hope that is of some understanding to you, Kind One, for you both are fighting the same wars." I watched him quizzically, wondering if he was a jealous God. The humans had spoken such of their own Lord above, so was Skoll the same man as the one rescued them? "Let it be understood that I will not avoid the topic of your terms, Dear One, it will simply not be you who leaps to my mind when a prayer is being sent." I looked to my paws then, shameful at the admission.
First I neglected my breed by favoring the felines. Then I abandon even their Spirits. I was a monster amoung monsters.

ooc: ooch yeah that too xD
Skoll--
The man laughed, he laughed in great quaffs. It would be easier to laugh, he deiced after he'd finished, if smoke didn't billow up in his eyes when he did. Shooing away the cloud of haze, the white pelted man leaned forward with every intention of caressing the top of the younger woman's head. "My dear Evangeline." he almost purred, half amused that he was claiming what was not his, half serious that no matter what he would still trail by her side as she followed her baboon.
"Dio is my Father too, my darling folami. You think I floated here all by my lonesome self?" He waved his tail, the white fluffed appendage drew condensed air about it. Skoll conceded that he could do nothing without drawing some form of smog about himself, be it smoke of mist or haze. How very annoying. "Our war, Dio's and mine, are fought on the same terms. We are of one religion, and it is odd to me that the living separate us so." Skoll closed his crystalline blue eyes, thinking back to darker days.
Days before the warmth of the sun rested in his boy.
"Long ago my Father rescued me form the pools of death. I came here because he needed one willing enough and stubborn enough to force us mutts to see reason." The man opened one eye, grinning. "Let it be known to you, my dear child, that I will pray to Dio for you as well" That said the boy sat back, wriggling his haunches in the snow like clouds. "For all of you that is. Dio's words are mine as much as mine are his. Our war is the same, we are simply separate generals. And war requires that we hold soldiers in the highest regards be them ours or our friends."
