Fur Length: Relatively short
*In-Depth Physical Appearance: He has a typical look for his species; very average aside from his very obviously golden gaze. He has very strong legs, good for the digging that his kind is known for; he is an extremely poor climber. His build is light, despite the strength he holds, which gives him a great advantage for his preferred method of sneaking up on prey and enemies alike. He has a more golden brown color of fur; a bright version of tawny, perhaps. He has irregular, black spots that mesh together in some places and become stripes. He has stripes on his legs, tail, and lines running from the corners of his eyes to the very edge of his cheek bones. As is normal for his kind, his eyes are absolutely huge. Many would think him innocent looking – that is, until they saw him take down a kill or outsmart an opponent.

Siblings: A stillborn sister, who was to be named Oralyn. A brother named Faylen, whom died in from a wild dog; had a severe disorder that prevented him from mentally developing

Do they favor their birth-country, or the USA grounds?: His birth-country more, but he still enjoys USA grounds because of finding Ende.
Personality: Zerich has an intense need to get into cats’ heads; he can’t help but manipulate their thoughts and actions, which is why, and how, he was chosen for General. He truly does like his friend, Symphony. But like said before, he can’t help but manipulate the great feline. The small male has another problem; he can have Zerich has a hard time leaving anything alone when he thinks it’s not being done right and he gets extremely agitated whenever he isn’t listened to. Likewise, he gets very frustrated when cats show off their climbing skills whereas he has none. His physical skills are more in the area of digging, and sneaking around silently and quickly. He takes great pride in his skills and his high rank, despite his extremely small size compared to others. Zerich has an only slightly snarky but otherwise playful and clever persona. Other than his manipulation skills, the small male has a very sharp mind and can outwit many of the opponents he is faced against, one of the many reasons he was chosen as General and why he is a friend to Symphony Bava.
History: Zerich was born without knowing his father and only knowing his mother as ‘mother’. He was born in South Africa with his mentally disabled brother and without the sister born still. His mother was a stern but loving individual and always defended her two remaining children with the might of a tigress. Zerich was often in awe of his mother and the way she seemed to always know how to keep her children safe; but they both lost that confidence eventually. Zerich’s brother, Faylen, lacked mental growth, so he could not comprehend what was going on around him all the time. Their mother was teaching Zerich about digging further into the ground of their den and they hadn’t realized Faylen had wandered off outside and was distracted by a bee on a flower. The mother and son only noticed he was gone when he began screaming. Their mother raced out of the den and released her fury on the lone wild dog that had attacked Faylen. The dog ran off and Faylen died moments later, but not before their mother sang him a lullaby to ease him into death. Zerich was changed after that; harder somehow and he began to realize his skills of the mind. His mother noticed the change, but did not comment, only treated him the same. Whenever the Murder Apes came for them, they stood no chance against their greater size. Though, fought, they did, they were only shoved into cages and flown away from their lovely home. They were put into mills, where they were to be tamed before given to Murder Apes as pets, but while there his mother was killed after attacking one human for hitting Zerich. The young male was shipped away to a human home soon after being “tamed”. He lasted a week before running away and lasted two more in the wild before finding Ende. He was welcomed into the pride and swiftly moved up the ranks. There, he has stayed. He also fought in the battle with Zonta.
