Mirage has a slender body and long legs. She moves with a grace that few can match. Her tail is body-lenth with a dark patch of fur on the end. Her paws are large and canines are large compared to her body, giving her a hostile appearance. Fur Length: Short, however the fur by her chest and stomach is medium-length. In-Depth Physical Appearance: Coloring} Compared to most other lions, she is very pale. She is not a white lion, although her coloring suggests she could be. Darker patches of gold can be found on her back and legs, with lighter colorings on her face, chest, and stomach. Face and Eyes} Mirage's face is triangular and symmetrical. Once, she may have been beautiful. A long scar, black with age, runs down her right eye. It does not completely blind her, allowing her to see shadows and movement. Due to the fact that she got this wound as a cub, she has learned to cope and does not let it become a disadvantage. Nose and Muzzle} Her nose is black, contrasting the pale gray of her muzzle. Mother: Lena Father: unknown Siblings: unknown Friends: n/a Mate: none Children: none Do they know what a human is?: Yes, but has never seen one or bother to know about them Personality: Mirage is usually one to stand back, and observe her surroundings. She often has mental barriers up, not letting anyone really see her thoughts nor feeling. To the few she does open up to, she is fiercely loyal to. She doesn't have many friends, and feels no need to have many of them. She is not heartless, but sometimes can seem that way. Mirage is often irritable and sarcastic, and not afraid to speak her mind. When there is someone she wants to talk to however, she can be quite pleasant. Due to her past she is not comfortable with males around her, but enjoys cubs. Wants and Needs} She cares for the pride, and wants the best for it. However, she also wants the best for herself, and wants to be accepted. Fighting} To her, fighting is not only with blows, it is also with words. When in battle she uses quick strikes and speed to defeat her opponents and verbal insults are used. History: Mirage doesn't remember much of her past. She doesn't know if she ever had a real family, pride, or if she had any siblings. She was born a loner, and in her dim memories recalls having a mother, Lena. Her whole childhood is a blur due to the fact that it had all happened so long ago. Mirage also knows, too, that part of her doesn't want to know her past. The feelings of happiness with her mother is replaced with fear and pain, as a male lion gave her the scar on her eye. Mirage was only a cub and yet she ran away, never stopping until she couldn't run any more. She was taken in by the Akando pride, and has lived there ever since.
