Before you even consider requesting from me, think back to the past week. How often have I gotten on? You can use that as a basis of how quickly I will get your image done. My activity is pretty routine for a while, then it switches drastically. It's pretty safe to assume that this week's activity will be a good basis for today's activity.
That said, all I need to create a personalized picture for you is a link to your character's biography. However, one with only that piece of information will take a lot longer for me to get to than, let's say, someone who gives me a picture and a quote, in addition to the biography link. So think about how in control you want me...
I use Gimp, PicMonkey and Lunapic.
I can make biography pictures, avatars, signatures, and affiliate banners.

This kinds take a great deal more time...including some time for me to get motivated. This type of work can come out awful if I don't have some motivation. If you really want one of these done, I just simply describing what you want and letting me choose pictures that blend together well. However, if you have images to use and you want something very specific done, I am open to doing that, too.
