Kaira
I always needed time on my own. I never thought I'd need you there when I cry. And the days feel like years when I'm alone.

Do they know what a human is?: Yes. Her mother explained them.
Do they oppose the foriegn breeds being on their land?: She does not hate anyone except the evil wolves that killed her mother.
Personality: Fun loving and goofy, but clear headed at the same time. She is responsible and able to help others with their problems. Though her weakness is her own, which tend to confuse her. She eats like she will never see food again, but will then hunt to restore the food pile. When in a scary situation, she will run and hide, though she will feel guilty about it afterwards. She feels she needs to be tough to impress those she loves, but she is not ready emotionally to handle some of the things that are being handed out to her. She misses her mother tremendously, and she sometimes wants to die to go join her up in the heavens, though she knows this is not the right choice.
History: Sila slipped down into the depths of the canyon, never to be seen again. Or so thought Taraji. The fact of the matter is that she fell into the river, which was what kept her alive. The current had swept her far away. The female woke up on a riverbank in an unfamiliar part of the land. She was with Taraji's child, though unaware of it at the time. Eventually she gave up on Taraji. Feeling that he must not care enough to come searching for her.
Three months later she gave birth to a beautiful she-cub, the only flaw being a deformed paw, the reason for which was the mother going without oxygen for so long at a crucial time in the cub's development. She named the cub Kaira. And vowed to keep her safe at all costs. This cub was her world now. During their 6 months together, Kaira learned so much. Her mother taught her about her father, humans, other species, other lands, and how to survive, among many other things.
When Kaira was 6 months old, they were hunting when Sila smelt something strange. She told Kaira to go hide while she checked it out. Kaira went into a small opening in the rock, where she heard her mother scream and saw her come running into the clearing, chased by a giant, evil, wolf. There is where she saw her mother die.
She sat there for three days, unable to move from shock. She had no idea what to do. The she-cub never imagined she would ever be without her mother. When food finally drove her out of her cave, she caught a frog and ate it. The only thing she could think to do was to find her father. She set off on journey that mumbled about.
Hunger started to drive her more insane then she already was. She might catch a frog or a squirrel once every couple of days, but her body was starting to nourish itself off of her muscels. She managed to keep her wits about her for a month until she came across a large male tiger. This was too much. She ran up to him with what little strength she had left and asked him if he was named Taraji. When he replied yes, she was too overcome with joy and relief to do anything. She explained that she was his daughter, and then fell deeply asleep.
She is now traveling with her father and what he calls the peace leaders. She has managed to get enough food in her to build her strength back up, and is starting to be able to analyse the situation. She's realized that her father is trying to avoid her, but she doesn't know that it is from shock and she's scared that she is a bad person. Because why would her own father not like her if she was good?[/color]
